Service Description:
- Approx 4+ years of work experience in Software Quality Assurance and Software Testing, Specializing in testing methodologies i.e. Functional, Regression, GUI, Performance and User Acceptance Testing using both Manual and Automation Testing tools (Functional quot Load/Performance)
- Expert Level knowledge of BPM, Business Processes Engineering/Re-engineering.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, relational databases and networking technologies.
- Well acquainted with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of web and Desktop applications.
- Skilled in development of Use Cases, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Data and Test Result Matrix.
- Expertise in Test Estimation, Execution of Test Cases based on business requirements quot technical specification.
- Experience in Defect management and Bug Tracking using Bugzilla, Test Tracker quot Mantis.
- Proficient with automation tool i.e. Quick Test Professional (QTP) quot Load Runner.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience as mentor/trainer for new/junior QA team members in domain understanding, writing test plans and accomplishing test objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
