Wow what an irresponsible person first of all he doesnt even have a company. He is working by himself, are you Santa clauss paying a lot of money for a small project then u might get lucky and get it done. I really doubt it that he knows anything about php. I waisted 40 days because i could only hear the word we are almost there. I totally advise you not to cooperate with this person u will lose time and money.
