As a person with technical backgrounds and customer service backgrounds with companies such as IBM and Nortel, I have been well trained in coming up with innovative solutions to the match needs of a customer. My experiences and specialities cover Flash and Animations, OSCommerce Sites (including CRE-Loaded), Portals, CSS Styling, Personal and Business Websites, MySpace Alterations, as well Graphic and 3D Designs and Animations. I am well versed in most software packages such as Corel Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia packages including Dreamweaver, FLASH, Fireworks, Freehand, Frontpage, Office, 3D Studio MAX, Poser, but the list goes on...

***FOR MAJOR SITE DESIGN PROJECTS ONLY (This does not apply to Image Creations)***
I will need from the start the following..

ADMIN ACCESS to the HOSTING CONTROL PANEL (Generally this will provide the following..)
ADMIN ACCESS to the DB SERVER FILES
ADMIN ACCESS to the WEBFILES THROUGH FTP

If a client is unable to create these Admin access accounts, I would need the current Admin access to all of the above mentioned areas. This is to ensure that the installation of the projects files are clean and in proper order. This access would also allow for me to be able to diagnose any possible errors for immediate correction. Once project has been installed, the client will then be instructed to change the current username and password for these accounts and how to do so if need be.

All projects upon completion will include 1 month supervisory administration from myself as the designer (optional for major site designs). This is made available only to ensure that the project is operating according to it`s intended purpose and without errors. At the end of this month the client will be left as sole admin of their project.

**FOR ALL PROJECTS INCLUDING IMAGE CREATIONS**
Payment Structure to be DISCUSSED and NEGOTIATED upon initial acceptance of project and before project commencement.

***Upon acceptance of a project, all open bids will be RETRACTED. This is done to ensure a sense of focus towards the awarded project.
