This coder provided me with a software that he already had programmed so the software is ok. Actually i was delaying to reply sometimes because i was extremely busy - and i had mentioned this to him- but made me tired to receive requests for the approval of the project while i was not ready for this. In the beginning i expected a friendly behavior but this was not welcome by him to my surprise. I could cooperate again but only if would receive a friendly manner as a client and less pressure from the coder. Actually i don't need dozens of messages pushing me for payment. When i asked a minor change at the end it was not accepted as this was argued was not specifically mentioned from the beginning. I can understand this only up to certain point but not completely and consider his approach as extremely strict which is not my preference. I like to be fair and i don't overestimate or underestimate people easily. I may be new in this website but i m on the internet business for 20 years and have had dozens of projects made for me on similar websites so i know how a client should be treated and what a coder should expect and when for things to function smoothly.

These guys seem to be more interested in getting the job and getting paid for the deposit then actually delivering a product that works.I had multiple issues with them and I have had to threaten them with stating the facts and giving them a bad feedback in order for them to take care of the problems with the application they worked on for me. I had multiple problems with the application crashing all the time etc etc. Even after the application was live on ITunes and was being downloaded, it kept on crashing, be very careful if you do business with them, high likelihood of dishonest business and constant delays.

If there was a rating of 20 by 10, I would have selected it. SMD are highly professional and very customer driven. I had little or no time to complete my project since the person I assigned it to went AWOL on me. I reposted and luckily accepted SMD's bid. I had only 2days in which to complete a medium scale project, SMD spent 2 sleepless nights ensuring this what done and also accomodating my many changes to the initial spec. I would recommend them anyday, I suggest you provide as much info as possible and be precise with your requirments. These guys are top drawer stuff.

After accepting initial bid he raised it, but after a mutual understanding we agree on a fair price. No pressure on his part for the increase. I realized it was a bigger project after talking with him. Also they needed additional days other than the promise one. I would still recommend them again, but make sure that you are very clear on everthing that your project requires so won't have any surprises.
