site that a person can create their own profile and post an ad stating
what they are missing...EX. (I\'m missing a guitarist for my band) or
(I\'m missing a 1st baseman for my baseball team) or (I\'m missing a lawyer for my law firm) The site will
automatically match the person who post the ad to certain peoples profile with the keywords and talents that the ad has.
