We had an HTML/CSS project done by this coder. He was a bit later with his work than promised but it was within limits. He delivered good clean code, although he had some minor problems with some difficult round corner graphics. But overall, for the money paid you get a very satisfactory quality. We are content and might do business with this coder in the future.
