Phpb Customized Design For Forum
It’s was not easy to work with them! It seems they have accepted the project without really knowing if they could do all and respect the delay. It’s not serious! I even think they didn’t understand all the description when they accepted the project.
I don’t know if they don’t understand English well, if too many different people worked on this project or if they didn’t read entirely my messages and requirements but there was a problem and I lost a lot of time in writing messages to detail and repeat what I want.
For me they don’t work professionally. A coder must be reliable, respect the delays and take time to understand what their customer really wants.

Html Template & Phpbb Skin
this person can design a beautiful html page and on that alone i give him 10/10 but unfortunatly the project wasnt finished as he didnt realise that a phpbb skin is done using tpl files. so had to go else where. for design though he is your man
