They've worked extremely hard in order to meet our demands, will do absolutely everything in order to achieve the required results/goals. Vyasil/Renosoft entered into a well descriped agreement with well defined deliverables for a gaming site. We on our part paid for 1st and 2nd milestone a total of 2,750 USD in spite the fact that the project was heavily delayed. Hereafter Vyasil stopped delivering or made very poor attempts to deliver on milestone 3. After several warnings and further delays we had to cancel the contract. We have repeatedly asked for our money back - a clear contractual duty of Vyasil - but only with the result of a 650 USD payback. BigBetterBest strongly advises buinesses contemplating a business relationship with Vyasil to find other partners.

There was little confusion of payment method because it was not conveyed in document correctly but they had provided flexible options.
There was slip in deadlines because of changing requirements from our side but they accommodate all changes diligently

My second project & my second post for Ranosoft. I am continually impressed with the nature in which these guys work. This was our medium sized project and the guys at ranosoft worked with us every step of the way to ensure the project was delivered to the specification we required. Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently by all that were involved. I really am enjoying this working relationship and will be sub contracting other projects as and when they arise. Some small problems here and there, but they diligently tried to solve them. The project manager in charge was extremely cooperative and very much in charge of the project and the team. I'm thankful for all her efforts. The team is very skilled, but we had to specify what you want exactly. I won't hold that against them.
Well what can I say about these guys – absolutely fantastic, from start to finish. We have dealt with several coders in the UK & US and none have come up to scratch, and none have delivered like these guys can. These guys have delivered exactly what was expected of them. They are always on hand to discuss any issues that we may have, and likewise they are not backward in coming forward if they don’t understand our requirements. The key is clear documented project requirements, followed by discussions, and finally implementation. Turn around on problems was extremely quick, communication was clear and the workmanship was outstanding. I would actively encourage any companies to engage with these guys. We have engaged in 3 projects (small, medium & large) with Ranosoft, and will be putting as many as they can handle there way in future. Thanks Ranosoft.

Absolute liars. Do no follow directions and submit poor work. They were paid for their work, despite it being completely horrible. Do NOT trust this company. They like to bid on every project and don't have the man-power nor the brain power to finish them as directed.
More expensive than other bidders, double of the estimated time, hard communication (had to repeat the same requests several times without answer), job 90% completed with some remaining mistakes (again i say they didn't listen to my requests). For an ISO certified company i would expect a better process.
Let's say that the working part is okay though. It was a difficult job.
In the last days they were more cooperative. Told me they had internal problems but this should not affect the client.
Not ready to work with again.
It was really nice to work with Ranosoft, i always received all the components of my desired project on time. Pleasure working with you people , hope to get on some new work soon.
Asked for them to copy a program the source they provided looked nothing like it then stated that they would provide us with the code once paymnet made. We released the escrowed amount to receive nothing contact us direct for the full details.
I rated this programmer an 8 not because of their skills but because of the overall experience. We ran into snags and there were delays BUT they came through in the end. They never did stop or give up on the project. That in and of itself is great! It was not a perfect experience that is why I cannot give it a 10 but it worked out and I would work with this programmer again. Very professional in spite of the problems we encountered.

My experience with Ransoft Co. has been AWESOME!! The first thing I noticed about them is that when I sent my requirements they replied with a statement of understanding so that we were both of the same understanding. They were very, very attentive with making a difficult design. It seemed like they wanted to have it perfect as bad as I wanted it perfect and they worked really, really hard - as a consumer I liked that.
Then the day came when they presented me with a prototype...I was blown away and in awe to see exactly what we had been back-&-forth discussing presented to me...wow!
Ranosoft gave my company a corporate identity, the identity "I" wanted. I am so pleased. Starting a business is all new for me and they guided me and made suggestions that would only enhance the finished product.
Ranosoft was also pleasing to my budget, that is why they are a "10", they are all around top notched professionals who aim to please.
