The Company obtained certificate of commencement of business on 2nd March 2000. In the year 2001, the Company went in for its first Initial Public Offering (IPO). The name of the Company was subsequently changed to IKF Technologies Limited, on the 5th of July 2001. The Company today is listed on the Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE), the Hyderabad Stock Exchange and the Calcutta Stock Exchange.
