I am an IT Consultant / Network Engineer with over 25 years experience in the IT Industry. I support corporate clients all around Ireland and project-manage their IT, Intranet and web-based developments and solutions. My role therefore on GetACoder,com will primarily be that of 'buyer'. I have many large and small projects coming on line during 2006. Because I am totally responsible for ensuring that my clients receive precisely what they demand within a realistic budget, I expect the people I do business with to fully understand the needs of each project and the time frame involved. I will always endeavour to ensure that the coders fully understand the project outcomes and design requirements. I encourage and expect you to ask questions and not 'rush' into a bid. My decision to hire a coder is not necessarily based on the cheapest bid. I need assurance that the coder I hire is not only competent in his/her role but has also understands and fully appreciates the project outcomes. Once a coder delivers, I will prioritise that coder for future work.
