L2 Handover (Roaming ) In 802-11 Project -- that turned out to be MSc project -- fizzled out as EU-based student moved from college-to-college.
Somehow my orignal project time estimate was way over the student deadline, but that wasn't mentioned until well after the deadline had passed.
No money handed over. Only partial escrow ever made.
