First of all they do not know what they want nor do they provide any timely feedback on the submitted work and still want us to keep our deadlines. They do not want to talk about payments and know nothing about how the website functions. The requirements were increased during the development process, so it was quite difficult to deal with them as it was taking too much time to do the work without any end to it.
