Service Description:
I have many years experience working on scientific and engineering projects in a wide variety of environments, including finance/banking, defence, universities, small business, and R&D.

My present interests include robotics, embedded systems, distributed computing, P2P, O/S design, optimising compilers, cluster-based number-crunching, AI/AL applications in OR, and computer design.

My \"home office\" setup includes platforms running most opensource stuff, including {Free,Net,Open}BSD, {RedHat,Open}Linux and some flavours of Wintox. I\'m also working with some unusual platforms such as Roadrunner, Exopc, Flux and GNU.

I don\'t do web design or shopping cart maintenance, but am interested in most else.
