At first it seemed to me that he had done a good job, so I paid him right away and left a good rating.
It occurs that I had not given enough attention to the application he had provided and that it was working imperfectly. At first he tried to fix it, but then nothing happened and he just ignored my emails and requests.
It seems that he was not up to the task and was not able to complete it.
I have been extremely nice to him and also extremely patient but was not rewarded for it.
I am sorry to say but this coder is not to be trusted.
