C# PCI Card Interface Low marks because of project failure. Had a feeling the project started late too (probably other work on) and on the delivery deadline nothing was delivered apart from a broken application that the vendor provides anyway.
Communication was very erratic - fluctuating between lots and zero.
Has an OK understanding of hardware - mainly by using and repackaging Jungo software, which I specifically stated that I didn't want to use (I gave the download to the manufactures API which wasn't used).
Nothing was delivered that worked or met requirements after about 25 days, so escrow was released quickly without any arguments (that's why I have rated 2 and not 1).
Nice guy, shame this didn't work out well at all.
