Javor accepted the project with the promise he could complete all the stated requirements. As work progressed he kept asking for payments for completed work. I paid him 2 milestone payments totaling and he then informed me he could not complete the work suggesting I try to find another coder to finish it. The unfinished program is unusable to me and I have apparently lost my money.

javor did an excellent job with the installation of a perl script in my server meant to handle incoming email. He invested much more time than that we agreed upon at no extra charge. I strongly recommend javor, not only he is an excellent developer but he is a pleasure to work with.
