Did same with us even we didn't started the work cuz he wanted 10 times low price then the work and market " work with him on your own risk", Blackmail you, pressureize you to accept his working conditions. Don't accept his project unless or untill you have FULLY CLEAR WITH THE WORK EVALUTION AND CLEAR PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION WITH HIM. otherwise he can do same with you as he did with us, like last weapon " -ve" feedback, where there was just project acceptance, didn't start coding at all yet.
