Service Description:
As an Engineer and an Artist, i thrive on creativity. I can code in C (my pet language) or java (as it's necessary for so many things), and i draw and paint as a hobby. I have designed several webpages, two professionally, one for a group of friends, and the rest were iterations of my personal homepage whose last reincarnation (i should call it phoenix)
I code html raw, because i like it that way, and I know how to use Dreamweaver and GoLive. I've written JSPs and used JSTLs, and participated in creating a major e-tail website for a public service in greece (it is not available online yet).
I'm the perfect cross between a hardcore coding geek and a fluffy-bunny designer. Because i am both, and in me they coexist. One knows the limitations the other imposes and the design freedoms that it allows.
I have designed brochures (professionally) as well as souvenir books for various events (you know, the ones with the wordy letters from the chairpeople and the adverts inside) for a non-profit organisation. I designed the official electronic Christmas card for our company last Christmas.
My business cards are of my own design, of course, and even though they say "Computer Engineer" they're not dry and stiff.
My passion is interface design, but i've done programming and graphics design-on-demand and various other more techie things.
