Even though im in the UK and theyre in America i never had to wait long for a reply, my questions were always answered in a professional manner and nothing was ever too much for them..ive been messed about by web companies in the past but these guys were brilliant every time. There was never an issue with time difference, language or transfer of payment
I will not hesitate to use Ecomm again and highly recommend them to anybody especially for their expertise in ecommerce
if anybody needs a reference for these guys id happily provide one

Modify Shopping Cart Skin 
The job that was quoted at $475 cost over $800. Job that promised about a week to complete was mostly finished 50 days later. Poor performance on debugging program. Would not use again.

Canvas / Photo Printing Site
As a project manager myself I know how to manage a project and as a result supplied a fully comprehensive RFP (request for price) document with wire frames, and clear direction over design and functional requirements. Over 15 months later these guys were still trying to deliver this solution. In the end they gave up and demanded more money to complete - on a fixed price job. Communication was great for the first 3 months. Then I think it dawned on them that this was a job that they could not deliver. Communication broke down and I found them becoming economical with the truth. I really do believe they talked themselves into delivering a completely different solution with goals and objectives that were way off the mark. They lost patience with me - despite having a clearly defined project - a joke. Eventually they gave up. These guys are all mouth and no action. If they do not deliver within the time frame do not expect them to deliver at all. Horrendous experience from beginning to end. I would not touch this company if you are serious about delivery of a complex project.

Michael Carter and his team have proved that they won't quit until the job is done. Working with myself in the UK, communication was never a problem and the guys worked on all my amendments in a professional and quick manner. A $3000 contract well executed by a US company who knows its stuff.
