We divide customer communication into two parts i.e. Management Customer Communication and Technical Customer Communication. All management related info, issues are taken care by our management customer communication coordinator.

-- Project status is usually reported to our customer on a weekly basis using Project Status Reports, sent through e-mail.

-- Customers questions, our doubts, any issues are discussed regularly over phone call or over chat or over voice chat or over email.

-- Every milestone is delivered to the customer physically [based on customer request] at the customers place or through FTP.
