Photo Art Effects
William has a very talented team and he is keen to make sure everything is just right. If you give him the time he will produce top drawer design work and is very versatile with what he can do. Reporting status and estimating delivery dates has been difficult...when they encounter priorities or problems arise they merely shut off all communication and respond when it is convenient for them.
