The Research and Development was made on SugarCRM Open Source (Sugar Suite 4.5e).
SugarCRM is an open source CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, which enables to maintain easy business flow keeping the pivotal point of business as the most essential part of the business – Customer.
The entire business flow can be automated with customizable option and modules.
Sugar Suite 4.5e consists of modules, each of which represents a specific functional aspect of CRM such as Accounts, Activities, Leads, and Opportunities. For example, the Accounts module enables to create and manage customer accounts, and the Activities module enables to create and manage activities related to accounts, opportunities, etc. These modules are designed to help manage customer accounts through each step of their lifecycle, starting with generating and qualifying leads to customer support and resolving reported bugs. Because many of these steps are interrelated, each module displays the related information. |
