If there have an option to give less than 1 I would give him that.He is completely a fake buyer.Never willing to pay your amount for your work.When I asked for money for the work(admin + front end integration)he never communicated with me.He will listen you some sweet comments but never belief those comments.He is here only for doing harm our business.If you open http://webinformatics.org/staff/ link,you will see four images how he stoles my work.Every details has been attached.After getting his work he never paid you the amount quot will arise some excuses.Which is totally irrelevant.Sometime he will agree with you but after getting the work he will forget every thing.We totally waste time quot time by doing his work.We were interested to complete his work but he would find someone to do his work thus he stole the work from you by doing sweet words.HE IS TOTALLY A FAKE...for this kind of buyer we have got this bad review.If you check other another review of mine you can understand.NEVER DO HIS WORK.HE WILL THREAD YOU VERY BADLY DURING THE EXECUTION OF PROJECT TIME.DON'T BELIEF HIM...it is the link which where he published the same project http://www.getacoder.com/projects/clone%20project_147326.html .He think himself very clever.We are not unprofessional thus we are the honest programmer that is why we never think second time to cancel the escrow amount thus he had some problem in finance.Actually he told if I cancel the escrow he will make payment us.But we never imagine that he found another programmer for this project who will work on our design as well as our admin panel.He have the all codes quot design what we sent him without getting the value of work.BEWARE FROM HIM.HE WILL LOOSE YOUR BUSINESS.My personal view is NEVER WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME quot INVESTMENT TO DO HIS WORK.NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE.

New Skin Job Board
This is last and the worst thing that we could have expected to happen with this project and we never even thought also that this client can go to such cheap things to rate us such ugly after blackmailing and making us work for 3 months. We always believed in client satisfaction in our works and treated clients with a lot of respect and in a true professional manner as we always look for good relation with them and this is one of the reason why we are so successful and our this generosity proved too much for us and were stabbed so badly by this client that we still canât believe that we are meted such a treatment. The client, in his requirements has just mentioned to create NEW LAYOUT for his website. This is totally misguiding statement. LAYOUT means just a designs HTML â CSS where as he needed complete redesign and code integration with the old source code of 2 old websites. This was the first cheating that the client did. Project, taken initially was for creating 1 layout only. We even gave him proposal document; still after words he increased the requirement to following things:
1) 2 New Layouts designs and HTML â CSS (FOR 2 WEBSITES)
2) Integration of source code (FOR 2 WEBSITES)
3) Bug Fixing and testing(FOR 2 WEBSITES)
4) Browser compatibility testing(FOR 2 WEBSITES)
And all this is asked us to be done in same agreed price of 120 USD which was for just NEW LAYOUT HTML and CSS and that is 1 days work. We did these all additional work without increasing a single penny in a good hope and faith on the client to maintain a good relation. As we did all the work, his greed increased and he started asking for more. He made our team to work for 3 months in this small price. When everything was completed and project was over, our 120 USD was paid to us then out of the box he asked for admin panel work which was extremely far from scope of work and that also in this price of 120 USD only. When we requested him to fix some nominal price for this, he threatened us for negative review and also complaint to GAC. As we did not agree, he did both. We are regretting for our decision to work on his additional requirements and learned a good lesson from him. We warn everybody to please take care while dealing with this client. Confirm all the estimates on payments and time before starting the deal. Ask for his written confirmation as he will move back from his own words and never accept anything you will say or request. We would rated him with minus rating if we could, but we have no option other then rating him just 1.Anyways we will never recommend him to anyone else.

Website Update
It was a pleasure working with Shelton. Being a businessman he is not very technical to understand programming but he was always helpful when we required to contact the hosting company through him and finally changed the hosting company on our recommendation which of course solved the problems. He paid before time and will definitely work with him again if given an opportunity.
