let me share my experience with Anuradha. The Project was about having 3-4 php pages. Out of them I haven't received a single one. Only Promises and excuses and then he disappered for weeks and never replied to my mail. It's pitty that I trusted this Coder and also gave him upfront a small amount of the agreed payment. I can' t say whether he is good or not, he is not trustworthy! Due to that i am now in big trouble in completing my Project!
