Anisur (and co) says he / they work weekends but a twice occurring 'flood' and 'power outage' (coincidently over the weekend) makes me suspect this isn't the case. Although communication was good in the pre-appointment stage communications quickly fell away once anisurrahman was selected. Practical Technical requested to be kept informed at every stage for review and progress guidance however Anisur offered few updates without several prompts or requests first. Excuses and slow work rate meant the project was treble overdue on its proposed delivery time whilst it was simultaneously observed that anisurrahman was bidding on other live projects on GAC when our project should have been finalized. All in all good BASIC work performed but you will not get the same level of comms or updates on progress you did during the bidding phase. Probably best to use if you're happy for your deadline to be promised then ignored. I also suspect several coders performed the work without speaking to each other as errors where often and instructions had to be repeated 5 times or more even on the GAC chat board. Bad choice for communication frequency and poor at following instruction. We suspect anisurrahman uses several coders of varying skill which is what leads to errors and slow response time. It was later decided by one of his coders that the project could not be finished. No explanation was given with merely the response 'I have no statement' given. Everything from poor site code to flood was used as an excuse. Prob best to avoid these coders for jobs over 30USD. Left with no choice but to open a dispute as Anisur did not deliver the project he agreed to.
