New Skin Job Board 
I have learned a very valued lesson with this process that I would like anyone reading this reveiw to take heed to. Understand that under no circumstances pay this company before the project is satifactorily completed. I think they will do great work under the right set of circumstances however mine was just not a good fit and that happens from time to time as we are not perfect. Be sure to spec out your project totally before commiting and do that in writing even though in my case that made no difference in the outcome. I will now have to spend additional monies to get the satifaction I was hoping for when I hired this firm and for that I am not a happy camper. Again, I would never use them again but that is not to say that under the right set of circumstances they would not do good work.

My experience with Techster was awesome. The project took a little longer than initially planned, however the quality of the development work was great. The project managers communicated on a consistent basis the status of the development and whenever we requested adjustments with formatting or layouts, the project managers and developers worked extremely hard to accomplish these changes in a timely manner. Great service, great communication, great result. These guys did a web page for me and I'm very happy with the results. They give me daily updates on what has been completed for the day and I found the key to making the project easiest is to review the work done and give them daily feedback on what you like and what needs changing. Someone is always on skype (during their business hours at least) so if you need anything urgent or a quick answer you can get it. I also asked for some extra things and this was no problems for them and they delivered these results quickly. I will be asking them to do more work in the future.
