Complex PrinterListing Procedure Shwaza took over a very complex project (9 pages of briefing). We didn't finish it completely together, but he did the more substantial part of the project in an excellent quality, fighting hard to get my briefing implemented. Shwaza has a strong and positive character, works hard for the completion and grabs difficult concepts well. His communications were excellent and I thank him for his work, and would appreciate a lot working again with him in the future.
