Did a good job on the project, knows C++ well. Also went beyond the scope of the project with additional work not asked for. Gave 9 out of 10 because project was late, but this may have been due to Osch having problems with his ISP as he reported. Regardless he still eventually finished the project, and I want to give him credit for finishing rather than just abandoning the project due to possible cicumstances beyond his control, and the benefit of doubt. I would use him again.
