Dataprocessing From PDF OCR File Buyer provided a good specification with clear example input files. One example input file needed to be replaced after project bid was accepted.
Buyer team patiently worked through testing and requested improvements (7 iterations).
Buyer team has good English for a non-native English speakers, only a couple things were unclear (we also had some problems due to GetACoder garbling xml in messages).
Buyer carefully waited a week before trying to make payment, and was delayed another week, but did successfully pay the bid amount in time. (GetACoder's frequent reminders made this period stressful.)
I would be happy to work with this buyer again.
