I am an independent software engineer and web application developer. What sets me apart from the rest is that I always spend an adequate amount of time in the design phase of development before I try to build anything. Most coders and web developers will jump right into writing code or creating web pages. When I create a website that is data-driven I don\'t just throw together some pages that directly query a database, I make three-tier solutions using a business object layer. In the end this creates a much more updatable, logical, and consistant solution. I work for fairly cheap rates for telecommute projects. It is important to note that I do not \"spam bid\" on every project that comes up. If I have bid on your project it is because I have reviewed and seriously considered your project and want to work on it.

For huge projects which are too big for me to develop myself I do the architecture / design stuff and then work with an overseas outsourcing firm. This is a nice way to have a big project inexpensively made but still have it be done to your exact specifications using good design patterns and gives you a native english speaker as a contact.
