One of our Flash team is dedicated to one of biggest educational publisher in US, which is called The Critical Thinking Co.(TCTC, www.criticalthinking.com) Similar as what you described in the bid, our dedicated team is developing Flash animation, TCTC provides design theme, artworks, ideas, requirement specifications, our team implement all those animation features. So far, we have done BTSS level 1(Building Thinking Skills Software) which was based on AS 3. BTSS has sold on US market since last year, Mind Benders, Revenge of the Logic Spiders, Academic Challenge Cup, And Editor in Chief etc. These are all flash based software and specialized to teenagers in US.
