SQL Database Optimisation
We had to delay the project after awarding it and John put up with the delay, and some changes to the spec as a result, very well. He clearly knows SQL well and was willing to try to explain what he was doing in "idiot" terms for us, unlike some frelancers who like to guard their experience jealously. He finished the agreed work and even provided some guidance for our follow-up. A conscientious and efficient freelance - we hope to use him again.
