C Compatible DLL (Visual C++)
He's an experienced coder with good communication skills. He understands issues related to trading (bid, ask, order expiry, oco orders, etc.) and had no problems understanding what I wanted to do and what code was required. The project was delivered quickly, worked the very first time and came with example scripts.
