Application serves for access to customer/potential customer information and has next ability:
It is avaiable in 2 version:
a) Manager Version - can work only with own(defined by Super User) customers/potential customers data. Can edit restricted data.
1) Editing of connection settings and testing database/mail connection.
2) Authorization.
3) Display data, according to data filters.
4) Display up to 10 result set.
5) Customized grid - multiple column sorting, rows highlighting, smart searching, columns resizing and moving, saving preferences of grid.
6) Display data in page/table mode
7) Display contact history in the customized grid, data filter is also available.
8) Display task history in the customized grid, data filter is also available.
9) Making notes about phone contact.
