Fix & Enhance Access App after all the usual promises, this coder was given a very important and urgent project. prior to this all bidders were given copies of & access to existing database prototype, and a detailed list of what need to be done to reverse engineer and enhance prototype. coder seemed to be doing quite well at project, except they kept expecting me to design all all the data tables & fields structures for them, whereas that was really their job and i shiould have only been checking the screen design, functionality and process flow. but it is just as well i was checking data design (and that i have a background in database design)as it needed considerable fixing. over this period i had been given no actual code or screen design, then close to date i had been told i should have a working prototype, they just disappeared and did not reply to repeated emails. this was extremely upsetting to (again) not have this critical project completed and waste more months of time & effort. the only 'good' thing is that, after several emails, our $400 escrow was returned without comment.	2007-08-16 23:09:09	4 months	N/A	project	IBT (14)	1
