They did a good job laying out my website from the dewscription I gave them. They were very prompt in making changes that I requested. Communication was never as problem. I woul recommend them and I would use them again for future projects.
always ask for money. project programmer and designer are sometimes not around to handle the case. miss dateline promised to show progress. kept promising new deadline. hardly kept promises. will give u lots of reasons so that you send them money. i suggest you dont pay them anything before they complete you work.

The deadline has been moved at least 8 times (in total over 2 months) althought declaration from the provider side every time was that it will be ready "tommorow". He got a 10 because he is very polite, hard working and honest, but needs to work his delivery time issues.
EXCELLENT! These guys are good. 1 day after awarding them my project and then emailing them the details I had received an example of what is to come. Vijay is a very nice guy, he even downloaded xfire to make it easier for me to talk to him while I'm doing other things. Ignore all other negative comments, there is no problem with communication and they are very responsible and will not take advantage of the deadline, they give me an update every day, and they work very hard. Vijay knowing our time difference of 14 hours wakes up extra early just to communicate through an instant messenger. Since I'm on at around 9pm EST, he's on aswell which is 7 am India time, maybe earlier too. Highly recommended A++++++

The initial enthusiasm was great. Then I noticed that they were not doing the coding that we asked for, even though we had paid them for that part of the project. Lots of promises. I wouldn't use them again
Customer service was outstanding and they worked very hard on the project. Language barrier caused some issues in regards to delivery I would use them again though.
If you use anyone, this is the firm to use. Logo was finished before I woke up the next day and looked like he'd spent months on it. Highly recommended and will use again.

The web design portion of this project has been finished. I had a lot of help from the vendor. His communications skills were never a problem, due to the time difference he would often stay over 8 hours just working on my project. If the vendor continues with his outstanding help the other phases of my web site and I know they will, I will rate them a 10 for every phase. Special thanks to Vijay n his programming staff.
My project was one that required Decoslys to take a leading role. In our work together they showed a professionalism, committment and honesty that is rare these days. They never finished the site that they promised that they could do. I was waiting forever for them and the didn't come through. I would not recommend anyone use their services. They're terrible.
