- They take weeks to reply to posts

- They drag out project deadlines and never meet them
- They do not complete work
- They promise one thing, but do not honour their promises
In the end, we had to do the project ourselves. They quoted 20 days, took 4 months to NOT even do it. One person in our team ended up taking 3 days to complete.
