The communication was very clear and easy (through MSN) and updates were done nearly 'realtime'. Will work with them in the future.
where to start? this urgent but fairly small project of doing around 25 fixes/enhancements to an existing php app should have taken no more than a month, but stretched into EIGHT months - and still wasn't finished. and has cost me a huge amount of lost busines because it wasn't completed in a timely manner. and a lot of other related projects had to be continually delayed.
in fact, prior to be just cancelling, they were just trying to fix mistakes they had made rather than what was left of original list
over the eight months, they broke promise after promise after promise.
although they had a detailed list of fixes required and detailed screen shots & annonations of every problem including the huge number of their additional errors.
they did no testing of their code, and over and over and over i would be told to look at their results and find really basic errors and mistakes
at the end they were actually ADDING to problems that needing fixing.
over this period, they NEVER kept in touch or kept me up-to-date with status. and the only time any work seemed to get done was when i hounded them for some results and threatened to cancel. and then i would get promises of completed results in a few days. which never happened.
Very professional, patient, they understand your needs. Sometimes slow in response but I believe it is due to the overload of work.

After a careful consideration I put my project in the hand of ACE TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. The project required artistic skills of web development knowledge and expertise, of which they have got a great deal. Additionally, they demonstrated a very good ability to satisfy their customers, with a true passion to produce a piece-of-art work and a lot of extended courtesy and patience throughout the project. Moreover, the communication was very good and they updated me regularly. However, they lack a bit time management skills which, in my judgment, in the scope of their ability and powerful capacity. In conclusion, I would surely assign them with confidence and enthusiasm any project should any opportunity arise.
