I want to develop a website that helps brides determine the value of their wedding dresses if they want to sell them after the wedding.

I have about 15 specific criteria for values that I want brides to go through and answer. Each question will provide an additional positive, negative, or neutral value, anywhere from 50% to 2%. After users complete the questions, I need the website tool to give them the final valuation of their dress.

For example, to start the tool off, we ask brides how much they paid for their dress. Lets say it is \,000. They will then begin to answer a series of questions that will determine what the final value of the dress they originally paid \,000 is now currently worth.

I need someone to develop the tool so that taking the initial retail price under consideration, the tool will automatically calculate valuation trends based on a users answers to our questions. For example, a used dress is automatically worth 75% less. So the system should recognize that and have the dress at and then do the same for all the other questions. I don't want users to be able to determine how we get to the final valuation, so the valuation process should be done behind the scenes. Once all the information is provided, a final valuation is calculated and determined.

Another example...similar to how the price of an airline ticket comes up when you type in the destination, # of tickets, etc. The airfare systems calculate and then spit out prices. I want something similar for my valuation tool. In addition to the tool, I want the tool to be a part of a functioning webpage that will include some content on the home page to accompany the tool. Users will have to pay to use the tool, so I will need someone to be able to integrate paypal so that once users payment is confirmed, they are directed to use the tool. And for those who want to "test" it out first, they can plug in all the data before they pay, but once they submit, it will not give them the valuation until they make the payment.

There is a website with the following URL: www.clearbook.truecar.com that I would like to model my site after. The layout and how they go about incorporating the details of the valuation is just what I want to do. Based on looking at the site, I need someone who can create a similar site to incorporate the valuation tool. The graphics don’t have to be exact, but the general layout, look, and feel of the site is what I am looking for.

Also, I will need the following additional components to go along with the valuation and website development:

1. The very first thing I want to occur is for users to provide me with their name and email address at the very beginning of the process. They can then click "Go" and go directly into answering the questions for the valuation tool. I would like for the name and email address of users and their date of registration to be recorded in a simple ADMIN area of the site.

2. Once users go through all the details of the tool and submit the very last item needed, I want to direct them to what will be the "Payment Page". It will say something like Congratulations on completing the Valuation Tool. Get Your Dress Valuation now for just \! There will be a Buy Now graphic for users to click on that will take them to the Paypal payment page. And also on the page will be additional content on all the other FREE stuff they receive with their payment.

3. When users click on the BuyNow graphic, it should take them to the custom paypal page for payment. Once they make the payment, the system should automatically take them to their Dress Valuation Report. The report should feature the person's name at the top with "Wedding Dress Valuation Report" underneath. Then, it will provide a brief statement and provide in a large format the dresses value. Under that will be additional content to link users to a site where they can post their dress for free to be sold.

4. In the ADMIN section, I would like for another field to be added called "Paid/Not Paid" Not Paid is the default status. Once I receive information that users have paid, I will update this field manually.

5. I would like for each registered users Report to be automatically saved in my ADMIN area in a way where I can send them a link to view it later if I want. This is because, if a user abandons the site on the payment page, I want to be able to re-contact them, have them pay, and be able to send them the link to their Valuation Report later from ADMIN or if easier copy a specific link from ADMIN and send via email.
