Description
Required - Application that will overwrite the end user's old XML files (for a certain game) from a database that I can upload the new XML files information to.

Application > Upload new XML data to database > users download information > App searches and finds the location of their XML files (slightly different in Vista and XP) > App overwrites their old XML files into the new ones.

Included is an example of the XML file I would be updating, the waypoints are the information that is changing.
