Description
Hello.
I want to launch a Job Board within the next 6 to 9 months here in the United Kingdom and want to use a Wordpress Theme called JobRoller.

The theme itself is extremley well built and good however, I need someone to add some additional features to make it more a business, and that's what I need the help on.
I am looking to use the theme and add to it the following features if possible:
• Advanced search i.e. alongside keywords and locations, be able to search by job sector, salary band, job type (full time, part time, contact, etc.).
• A very basic invoice form to use as the payment method that would send me an email to raise an invoice myself in my accounting software. Instead of using PayPal employers would fill out a form, the form would be emailed to me, and a PDF invoice and hard copy invoice would be created by myself to send out. I can't expect people to use PayPal, as invoicing is much more professional.
• A job alert system where a jobseeker could create job alerts based on keywords and locations. Alerts would have to be available by email.
• XML feeds syndication to Indeed and SimplyHired.
• The ability to turn off the Google maps feature.
• Featured employers sidebar widget i.e. for employers who place job listings, a featured sidebar widget that would allow the employers logo to be displayed. When their logo is clicked on the site user is redirected to the Company page as described below.
• Company pages that could be copleted by an employer who has purchased a package and it would display things like 'About Us', their logo, and jobs they were advertising on the website at the moment.
• Resume (CV) database only available to employers who have a job posting package and able to search i.e. keyword and location, but also by job sector.
• If possible a job importation system allowing job data to be easily imported from a TXT /CSV file. This would be used by advertisers to bulk publish their jobs on the site.
On top of the requests above I would also need to UI element of the site done i.e. the design, etc.
