A tool to take a Microsoft Excel (any current version) file as input and generate as output a Microsoft Word document for each row in the table (except the header row). The Word documents should be based on a pre-defined template and should replace each field in the template with the entry from the correspondingly titled column in the spreadsheet.
The tool would have the following input parameters when run:
1)Template
2)Source Excel file (path and filename)
3)Output folder
By default the output Word documents should be in Word 2007 format
A sample Excel file and corresponding Word document will be provided on request

3) Word document - example of the output.
The word document is what should be created from the first row of the table in the Excel file. The application should parse the table column headers and then insert the corresponding text from a row into the field in the document template. If there is no data corresponding to a field in the template then nothing should be mapped.
The Word file should be created with a file name corresponding to the ID in the first column.
If possible I would also like the document properties (e.g. title, author) to also be set based on any matching column names and values in the spreadsheet.
Lastly I would like the graphic enclosed to appear in the UI for the application.
