Description
The scope of the project includes the design of a website for a Business Continuity consulting firm. Here are some details:
1. Sample pages: The website sample pages can be found at http://www.brandstormcreative.com/winnovation.html and http://www.brandstormcreative.com/subpage.html respectively. These are only two pages but it would give you an idea for the image we are trying to portray.
2. Site Map: To provide an overview of the scope of the website, I have included the proposed site map. (See: Appendix A - Site Map).
3. Survey questions; in principles initially there will be two surveys entitled Doron Vulnerability Index (DVI) and Doron Adaptive Capacity Index (DACI) respectively. Each survey cover 12 Core Areas (CA). Each CA consist of four -(4) statements that are graded from (1) – “Strongly Disagree” to (5)- “Strongly Agree”. There is a total of 48 questions plus 12 verification questions in total 60 questions per survey. The results of the response is tabulated in the scorecard (see item 4 below) and yield two numbers: one of the DVI and for DACI which will be used later to generate the plot mentioned under item 5(j) below.
4. Sample score card: Once the questions are answered online, the data should be downloaded and collected into the scorecard. (See: File # 1 - Model Score sheet Template - Excel spreadsheet.
5. Sample Report: The final report should include the following items. Please make references to File # 2: Denison Culture Survey Report Guide Version 7: a. The logo of the company /client b. The Winnovation Logo and contact information on each page. c. General information about the client. This information is provided by the client when they first create a Client profile during the registration process. d. Fig.1: Circumplex – for Doron Vulnerability Index (DVI); See page 3. e. Fig.2: Circumplex – for Doron Adaptive Capacity Index (DACI); See page 3. f. Fig.3: Line Item: for the DVI; see page 4-5 g. Fig.4: Line Item: for DACI; see page 4-5 h. Fig.5: High/Low: for the DVI; see page 6 i. Fig.6: High/Low: for DACI; see page 6 j. Adaptive Capacity versus Vulnerability graph – (See: PowerPoint file # 3: Relationship between Vulnerability and Adaptive Capacity. k. Additional comments section. l. Follow up instruction section.
We should also be able to run other across cut report comparing two companies side by side; see page 15 m. Gap Chart – Fig.12 page 18; n. Descriptive Statistics summary Fig.13, page 19 o. Performance Question Summary Fig.14; page 22 p. Change monitor report page 24-25.
