Description
ntegrated security software – Windows Mobile
Project requirement: Make modifications upon an existing security app
Current application is a anti-theft software, which sends out alert smses to predefined phone numbers when an unauthorized sim card is used. It can also hard reset the phone and wipeout SD card if the thief fails to enter the correct password after the alert sms has been sent out.
There is also a GPS software, whereby the location of the thief is tracked down using GPS.
You are required to:
1) Remove the registration module for anti-theft software
2) Integrate the 2 apps together, so that the thief is tracked with GPS and not with Area Code/Cell ID
3) Backup outgoing smses to predefined email address
4) Backup Address Book, Calendar, Tasks and Memo to predefined email address
5) Listen for sms to enable/ disable the security software
6) Implement remote wipeout instead of auto wipeout (listen for sms for hard reset/ format SD card command)
The original source code will be provided for you. You are required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to the start of the project. You are required to submit full source code after it has been completed. As this is a Windows Mobile project, please clearly list out what limitations you have.
You are required to complete this project in 15 days. Please raise any technical issue when bidding, and quote the cost and time required.
