Description
This is a project to create the basic shell for a website that allows a user to read, edit, navigate (through queries into the xml data) and collaborate on changes to an xml file.

Detailed description in the attachment.

This project may be around 30-40 hours or so but am looking to develop phase two with a good coder that I can communicate well with. Happy to receive your interest and bids or further enquiries about detail.

I have added a more detailed description of the functionality I want in the Navigator Module in the file Navigator Three.doc.

For those people who have already placed a bid, please review this file and amend your bid. I am happy to reduce the project to just three modules (exclude Navigator Module) but if you have already bid, the price should be reduced to recognise that.
