1.0 Review the current website and provide recommendation for improvement.
2.0 the current system allows user to post any add without registration and he will receive an email with 3 links for activetion, editing and deletion. we want to improve it by keeping this system and adding to it a user registration account that will link all ads posted previously without registration to the user account when he singe up officially in the website by matching the emails. also he can do the follwoing form his user panale
2.1 invite his friend like the one used here in getcoder after you registration.
2.2 my contact info and can be change (member #, name, email, mobile phone etc.)
2.3 my ads.
2.4 my replies to other ads.
2.5 my favoirties.
2.6 my private massages inbox. and
2.7 send a massge to other users.

3.0 Add comment/Response system to the adds posted in any category at the end of each ad and it has to be Ajax like the one in youtube for shear, favorite, report etc.
4.0 Add view all adds link to allow the visitor to view all adds in the all categries listed in the website.
5.0 Add adv management system for the website that can be accessed by the admin user.
6.0 improve the website appearance to be Web2 compatible.
7.0 the website is currently running in the Arabic language only.we will peovied the languge support.
8.0 improve the search option to have simple and advanced search and global search.
9.0 rearrange the appearance of the ads details to be like " http://katuha.com/-1/1-snoubord-4-odezhda/602-prodam-shtani-volcom-swindle-i-kurtku-volcom-melancholy.html"
10.0 keep the same color pattern and logo.

13.0 mail list system to send to the users.
14.0 the alarm system to users how subscribr to any ads and inform him/her for any updates in the ads.
