I wish to design a website.

Please see the pointers below as required in the website to be designed. We have already registered the domain name for unlimited space and email address with Hostpapa.com

HR Solutions website /Application

Please find the features required for the application.

• The website would be responsible for customers to know about the services that HR Solutions is offering (Products), place orders, Enquiry, Contact US, Careers, view reports, Search Online and make payment for services.
• It’s pricing (varied for different countries and clients based on customer type (Govt, Ltd companies, Private Ltd and Agencies)and based on quantity special prices can be offered by manual override compared to automatic price previously selected by us initially.
• Invoices and billing by Credit card, Account transfers, Paypal etc once Status of cases is changed to Completed.
• Registering of new clients with unique login details for clients and clients can use their login details to login and and place orders,upload and download file, review orders, see reports, make payments, View earlier bill copy and reports, download and print reports, download and print Bill copies etc
• Automatic USER ID and case ID to be generated based on Location - Customer type (Govt/ Corporate/ Individual) - Year - Customer - Unique case no( Candidate) -No of checks for that particular candidate for eg : S002-VR-12-048887-ED01, M004-VR-12-003637-EM02 where S stands for Country code, 002 stands for client type i.e govt or private ltd etc, VR stands for client code, 12 stands for month and year,048887 stands for candidate name and ED stands for education and EM stands for Employment and 01 stands for No of educational and employment check provided for a single candidate. If there are multiple educational checks for the same candidate then only the last 2 digits will change from 01 to 02 and if the candidate changes then last 10 digits changes on an incremental order etc
• Customer registration and login capability with forgot password option
• Cross Verification of the details like email ID and mobile no.
• Customer agreement form with IP captured for users, pricings details based on the location and user details to be incorporated in customer agreement form which which should be agreed by and should be printable format for customer to also physically sign and send the details wherever required.
• A predesigned excel file to be available for download for customers to enter the candidate details and enter the type of verification required for candidates
• Based on the No of entries and types of verification requested by client a tentative bill to be generated
• A predesigned authorization letter to be available for download so that the client/ candidate can sign and upload the file for reference.
• Once the candidate details is been uploaded (either in excel file or individual uploads) selecting the kind of checks (Educational, Employment, Police verification, License check, Resume check, Reference check etc) to be carried out for the candidate every request raised by the client for a candidate with different checks to be performed each should create a unique case reference No and the supporting files which are uploaded for the specific case should hld the name of the file as same as the unique reference code which is been generated for the case. Care should be taken that the request should not be duplicated or if client if just wishes to upload the resumes, certificates and authorization letter then we have a option to generate the case reference no for the checks and send the details to client for intimating them and their acceptance.
• If any verification is already made by us in past for a candidate and customer wants to have a check using the name of the candidate whether the verification is present then he can use the search button to check any verification results are present where the request are presented by the same client or other client, if records present then he should make the payment and collect the report for the candidate or else he should get an option of sending the details for a fresh new verification / reference check to be submitted for verification in the website.
• Ability to download the new case details uploaded by client to be downloaded in to excel( workstation) and upload the case status and remarks of all new and old checks to website ( Sync feature from website to workstation and vice versa)
• Client should see the current status of checks sent to us for verification, only for cases which are been uploaded by him/her
• All customer enquiries, Client Registration and other details should be intimated to us on email.

• Facilitating and incorporating all product and make customized reports based on the orders placed by client VIZ. Employment / Educational /License verification checks/ Resume Verification / Reference checks/ Criminal checks/Resume verification etc.
• A report to be automatically generated once the case status is changed to completed and the same to be sent via email to customer once it has been finalized and sent by quality control team.
• All negative confirmation or any irregularities while verifying should be maintained separately for highlighting the cases in the website for highlighting fraud cases
• Automated Monthly bills to be generated for all completed cases and the bill amount to be attempted using the CC / Paypal / Account transfer details mentioned by client and bill could be downloadable and printed for client and for us to maintain the copy of bills.
• A) Creating database of clients and B) Contact details and email add of clients in backend contacted for verification in address book for easy cross referencing for repeat checks in future giving an easy record of contact details with drop down menu hinting that the contact details is already available with us.
• Customized Report generation
• Customer enquiry form to be available in webpage etc
• Payment gateway to be available.
• Client to login and check the status of the cases whether it’s completed / In Progress / OR Attention Required status of the employer along with Remarks. If case status is completed or Attention required an automated mail should be sent to the client informing about the details and their action required.
• If Completed and status is Negative or positive, he should see the details reasoning the Negativity or Partial negative reason in the Report.
• Ability to register and send newsletter

• Ability to see all customer details, their individual requirement and overall requirement pending and completed by us after logging in or downloading the details using respective login etc…
• Ability to run customized reports for billing, client wise report and status wise report overall etc.

• Ability to customize pricings by override feature for pricing based on the country selected, Type of customer selected by the client.
• Should save the contact details / address book auto saved of clients company name, tel no, address and email add etc and also should capture the details of people( like Universities and corporate) from whom we get the verification verified for future reference (Certificate educational and employment)This should be useful for quick reference as an auto suggestion feature.
• Ability to upload excel, Docs, PDF, Jpeg data files for sending case details and supporting files.
• Automatically save the file name of the supporting docs with the unique ID generated for the requisite check by system and in cases where bulk excel file cases are been uploaded manually a case id to be generated for the specific client which would be further manually expanded after its entered by the internal data entry team . Client No and reference excel file attached by the client should always be available for reference for client.
• Once a request is uploaded for verification an intimation mail should be sent to us (team) as selected by the admin

• Create database for contact details of clients and others for list of people contacted for verification and should automatically highlight the email address, phone No, Website add, Contact person for the particular group once if we have already verified and entered the details in our system for a particular entity and should automatically highlight the details in a dropdown format showing the details once the company name with whom the verification is completed
• Supervisory admin rights mode
• Ability to see statistics of cases pending user wise and no of pending cases
• Colour coding for completed case ( Green), Pending ( Yellow) and AIR/ Insufficiency ( Blue ) and UTV ( Red color)
• Ability to upload excel data files by clients for ease of use to upload multiple cases and can be viewed online preview of the excel file and later we can download the file and segregate the case separately based on the number of checks in resume and create a unique case id for the check (done by data entry operator at our end) and map it to the clients ID with reference to the excel file uploaded by the client.
• Ability to attach emails for clients as a supporting document providing sufficient proof to the candidate along with report .
• Excel file with fields (already shared last with you as reference) should be viewed to us internally and all client should only see columns (
