HI

I need a website built

Site is basically going to be

Main page is a list of 20-30 catagories linking to other seperate pages

Catagory pages will be lists in alphabetical order text links with descriptions to other sites

Members can add text links and text automatically in matching catagories for admin approval
Basically a free site for certain people to add links to their sites and advertise too

Each page will have 3 top banner positions rotating non rotating ?? What is possible
Banner positions will be sold so they need to be easily edited removed added
And should be seperate for each page/catagory

Should know how to incorperate alertpay Processors

And should have an easy admin area and all itemes listed or bought by members are to be approved by admin first.

yes project is to be like a directory site with banner advertising

however the banners that show on each page/catagory need to be seperate
the banners will be matched to the type of catagory they belong in

so each page will have 2 seperate rotators
with each page fully editable in admin including the ability to see all banners running and text ads (will be 3 paid ads at top of page under banners before the free content)

everything is to be approved by admin
banner and paid text link ads will be paid through alertpay processor

banners and text ads need to be able to set expiry date 30days 60 days 90days 180days 360days

the admin area needs to have a mailer so i can mail members who submit links

and a admin where i can see members names and emails etc
colour scheme should be customizable

there is not much more than that just the design of the directory must be easy to use with ability to ad more catagories in future

project will be awarded on sept 1st 2008
