I need 10 pages website
Page #1:
Where a new user can register and the following detail need to be captured in a database. (Primary key, owner_name, owner_last_name, e-mail, password, telephone, mobile, address1, address2, town/city, county, country, postcode, value of property, property description, photo1, photo2, photo3, photo4, solicitor name, solicitor company name, solicitor address, solicitor contact detail, comments)

Home page - Select a property and display property detail from the database that will include primary key, photo1 to 4, description, city/town, postcode, county, country, pay button (pay pal)

Admin login page with good security
Page #5:
Admin page with two boxes where a question and an answer can be entered. This to be captured in the database.
Page #6:
Admin page that displays detail from page #1. Active (radio button) to activate the selected property to be displayed on page #3. Set value of the pay button for each property that will be shown on page #3. select a question from a list that will apply to this property. Delete button to delete the selected property from the database.
Page #7:
Question page - [when pay button is selected --> page #7 --> paypal payment] the question will appear that was selected for the property. Text box for the user to type in the answer. Continue button.
Page #8:
Page that shows payments detail where the user will be required to enter their detail for the payment process (name, last name, telephone, mobile, e-mail, password, address1, address2, town/city, county, country, postcode)
Page #9:
Admin page - that shows users that made payments for a specific property. Display detail – property primary key, name, last name, telephone, mobile, e-mail, password, address1, address2, town/city, county, country, postcode. There will be many users so it will need a quick search function. Also count total payments made for each property.

All pages to be CSS driven and centred in the middle.

E-mail to be sent to each property owner that registers a new property
E-mail to be sent to each user that pays for a property and the following detail to be included in the e-mail. (property No [the primary key] payment no (primary key of the user making a payment) payment detail. )
