I am looking for a reliable, competence & innovative individual or company with an impressive background in building social networking websites, with the view of forming a long term working relationship.
This website will allow site users to exchange products,loan their products and have the ability to sell their product for a website-currency. Users can build own product-wishlists and product-librarys. I require the industry standard features of a typical networking site, with some further additions (web 2.0 standard, java). A paymentsystem and user account for real money and website-currency.
Very important is the possibility of adding catergories (like:articletyp, kind of e.g.). User must have the ability to request products of user-librarys and offer own library-products, which match the items from the others wishlist.

I am requesting a website built wholly from scratch with a sound and robust platform.
A totally original concept please.
A safe, clean script and stability to cope with heavy traffic to the site, please note the website should be compliant to run on Linux server (PHP)


If you do not have any experience of this please do not bid, as I am looking for someone with a proven track record or genuine ability to fulfill this task
All round quality of this site is an absolute must, I am looking for a Web 2.0 feel, must be visually eye catching and innovative with a wonderful use of colour, graphics, font etc.
The website will be funded via Google Ad sense initially, please bear this in mind with the design, also the ability to charge a membership fees should be available.



A company logo for the site will also need to be developed, I would like to see a good sample range before selecting something suitable, once a chosen bidder has been selected I will discuss details further of what I am looking for.

The chosen bidder will be asked to sign a non disclosure form before work will commence, and all written script logo’s and anything else associated directly with the website will be the companies property. There will be no reuse, resell, distributing, promotion, or shown to your clients without permission beforehand.

Time is vital however; I do not want anything to be detrimental of the quality of work produced. I wish for an ongoing business relationship, and therefore required good communication, mutual respect and integrity throughout.

I am open to any ideas you may have in the development and ongoing working improvements of the website.
